TEACHER TRAINING

You can recruit a co-teaching partner as a "Trainee" and then systematically impart the teaching skills.  The skills to impart include:
  • Bible Study Skills
  • How to Build and Deliver Lessons that are:
    - Bible-based
    - Purpose-Driven (center around an objective)
    - Doctrinally Sound and Balanced
    - Focused on God
    - Life-Applicable
    - Learner-Friendly
  • Faithfulness
      (Matters related to all types of Christian Service – not just teaching)

It has been demonstrated time and again that the quickest and most effective way to develop any new skill is on-the-job training.  Trainees "Learn by Doing" as they work along side of an experienced teacher.
