DISCIPLESHIP

Many church leaders are seeking an effective way to establish a discipleship relationship with one or more church members.  Co-laboring together in any ministry, especially one that has them study the scriptures together each week, is the answer they seek.  Jesus set the example when he challenged Peter and the other disciples to "follow him" with a recruiting promise to "make them into something [fishers of men]."  You can recruit disciples in much the same way.   By working with your disciple on a weekly basis you can impart ministry-specific skills, a vision for ministry, and you can delve into other issues of life.

The vision of "Discipleship through Co-Laboring" is examined more thoroughly HERE.  Click on the "Books" tab to find out how you can purchase a print copy of this booklet.

On the Mission Field: One of the primary objectives of missions work is to raise up and equip leaders within the local culture.  There is no better way to do this than to co-labor with them in the ministry of the word.
